Finally a pre workout that tastes good and works.
5I have tried many different pre workouts and my issue was always the taste or the crash from the caffeine. I think 300mg is just ideal, sour apple is my favorite and there is no crash.

Nuka cola
5When I first mixed this into my shaker, the incredible blue colour started shining through like a nuka cola from the fallout series! After consuming my entire body had more prickles than a second hand dart board! Phenomenally good stuff and highly recommended if you can afford to lose 2 working days for the effects to wear off!Goes Well With:Water, seriously you need nothing else!

Alpha pre workout

Finally a pre-workout that works!
5I have been off pre workout for many years but now hitting my early 30's believe me when I say you need a bit off a kick now and then. So I tried 2 very famous brands highly reviewed, first one needed 2-3 scoops to feel any sort of tingling/energy got through it in a week. Second one from one of the largest known gym products, nothing at all. I tried 4 huge scoops after a week off and not even a slight skip was added to my step was ready to jump back in bed. Then I tried Alpha pre-workout, saw the reviews seems over exaggerated but took the advice of 1 scoop only. My word, mixes well no lumps, tastes good and instantly hit me. I proceeded to leave my home in the UK, ended up in Russia in 10 minutes on foot. Flew back through shear will power, benched a bendy bus in London. Got back home just in time to squat the local pub on my back. I'm still going strong, I tried an experiment, I shook another scoop and filled up my Ford Fiesta with it, hopped in started the engine - I ended up in an unknown galaxy overtaking the USS Enterprise, I decided to head home as I realised I had not eaten all day. 10/10 Would recommend 1 scoop only. Goes Well With:Water. More scoops. Ground to air ballistic missiles.
