Energy drink
5Regularly buy this since the last product was discontinued. It’s quite strong and give me the shakes sometimes, but tried reducing the amount. Gives a burst when needed.

4Blue raspberry is good. Works well, after using for 4 weeks have a rest for 2 weeks. Otherwise don’t feel effects

5Here I am again reviewing my go to pre-workout!. Over the years I have tried many different ones at all different price points. This one is by far the winner on performance and price. It's even on my Santa list! For a strength trainer in her 50's it's valuable aid....🏋♀️😊

Best pre workout I’ve had
5Genuinely one of the best preworkouts I’ve had. Great taste the sour apple isn’t too sour it has a slight tang and it give me excellent focus without the itchiness excellent pump as well Goes Well With:Anavar Dianabol

Keeps you going all day
5I couldn't function without this, even after taking it at 5am and doing a 2hr workout, it keeps me going all day. I have tried many other pre workouts which aren't even half affective

Great product
5Been using this for a few weeks now to give me a boost when I go to the gym before work and it's made a massive difference to my workouts. Since I'm not used to consuming caffeine I've had to be quite careful with my consumption but I've found that drinking half a serving before going and then sipping the rest throughout my workout works well for me. Love all the flavours, the strawberry laces is quite a strong taste so I do tend to water that one down a bit more than the others. Really recommend if you're struggling with energy levels/motivation.

Good but rough aftertaste
3Results are great but the sour apple has a bad aftertaste. Best to drink it as quickly as possible if you're having 2 scoop (i normally go for 1 and a half). Does make your face melt after 15 mins.
