Decent pre-workout boost
5Started using this pre-workout mix for some of my workouts, I say 'some' as I quickly learned that if I take this before doing an evening workout that I won't be able to sleep at all! Still only using 1 scoop at the moment as that seems to do a good enough job for now. It definitely gives a good energy boost and I feel as though I can workout for ages with no real fatigue at the end of my workout. I find it to be less effective if taking two days in a row, so I tend to only use it once or twice a week - it might be different for others but I personally wouldn't recommend taking it everyday as you lose the boost it gives Blue raspberry flavour is great, may try another flavour on my next order Overall would definitely recommend, use it sparingly for some of your biggest workouts. Goes Well With:Water & morning workouts

Best pre workout
5Best preworkout I’ve used. I love the fact it has no creatine in as it’s hard to find a decent one without it. I only use one scoop which is enough for me but 2 gives you even more of a boost if needed. Great taste too! Definitely recommend!
