Pre workout
4I struggle with the taste of some other brands of pre workout this isn’t too sweet or sickly … not too much tingling or itchy Bess you get when you feel it kicking in !! it simple does the job gives me the energy to get through those early morning workouts

Nice taste, good ingredients, effective product.
5Bought a tub of blue raspberry and a tub of sour apple flavours. Out of those, blue raspberry was the better one. The taste is good, although I recommend that you take it with 500ml of water instead of 250ml like I do or else it may burn your throat a little bit. Works great, plenty of energy in the gym and while doing cardio.Goes Well With:Water

Strawberry Laces Preworkout
5This flavour is so good! I crave it now even if I don't need PW, it's so tasty. Also has a great kick - I used a third of a scoop because I'm caffeine sensitive and it was perfect. Goes Well With:Water and ice

4The sour apple flavour tastes very good, feel very energised after having 2 scoops, doesn’t always mix the best but not very noticeable when you drink it

Alpha Pre workout
5This is the best pre workout i've ever had in my life it boosts my energy so much i can have a good workout. Whereas before using this pre i struggled with my energy a-lot more. definitely recommend this pre workout it'll change ur life in the gym trust me on that.
