Pre workout review
4Well dosed and affordable, could probably do with more ingredients but for the price I’m not complaining. Taste is good too, especially blue raspberry flavour.

Nut up or shut up juice
5Well what can I say. I’ve bought pre workouts before and to be honest they all initially blow your head off then halfway through your squat session it seems to fade away leaving you with nothing but broken dreams and a unrelenting urge to soil yourself. This however I have to say is the one. Finally My Protein have developed a pre that keeps your heart on the verge of a blow out for the duration of your session. I went for the orange and mango flavour. Not to sweet and not a massive punch on the old taste buds however 10 mins after ingestion you get the urge to get out there and claim countries for the greatness of the empire. Get this it’s class Goes Well With:Water and a deep desire to lay waste to your enemy’s
