5Really needed something to boost myself up as I’m at the gym very early in the morning let me just say this didn’t disappoint feel like I could run a marathon!! Definitely does what it says Not so much an issue for me but it is very sweet which some people might not likeGoes Well With:Water&ice

Preworkout blue raspberry
5Amazing product. Just realised the last lot we ordered, changed the flavour slightly. Is not the same as it use to be. Otherwise happy with it. Goes Well With:Easy to mix with creatine monohydrate.

Makes everyone else a beta
5Great preworkout! I hadn't used preworkout for a good year and use to buy from competitors. However that was annoying because i got most of my protein and others bits here. But finally! A good myprotein preworkout!Good mix of ingredients if you compare across other brands. Great levels of caffiene and beta alanine to leave you tingling if you aren't working hard enough! I've used for a month now and gone through 1 tub. The effects i do feel slightly less (hence why people cycle on and off preworkout) but sometimes i just use less water to make it stronger (no please dont dry scoop. You wont get gorilla strength. You'll get a coughing fit whilst your gym crush watches you receive the heimlich maneuver). Biggest downside is no berry blast flavour so i can't mix in my creatine as well (i prefer the convenience of taking everything in one go so i dont forget). Overall though a great product and onto tub 2 :)Goes Well With:A 6am start!

5the taste isn’t the best with 2 scoops so i only use one and if you do, do more than the dose you get really bad itchiness but other than that it gives a good stimGoes Well With:water

Good average strength pre
4It’s not the strongest pre but that’s good sometimes. It’s one you can use later in the day without ruining your sleep. Orange needs to be a bit sweeter but the blue raspberry is nice and easy to drinkGoes Well With:Exercise
