Apple Sourz without the alcohol
5Managed to walk to the entirety of the half blood prince after drinking this, so i’m classing that as a win. Also tastes exactly like apple sourz 🤷🏻♀️

Pre workout review
5The pre is very good gives me that energy I need when I don’t feel like going gym .Gives you plenty of tingles if ur itching for them ready to hit a hard gym session the taste is really nice u get a nice mango taste easy to go down and doesn’t make u feel sick.

Good and help up to its reputation
5Some pre workouts taste funny imo but this one is honestly really nice! I was skeptical, but it holds up to its reviews in strength as well. Will buy again.

Good as ever
5Effective, does what it says on the tub and no side effects. 3 star only for mix-ability though as despite trying various methods to mix, can be a little foamy at times. Other than that, perfect! Goes Well With:Water of course.

Effective Pre Workout
5I have been training for over 10 years now and have tried many pre workouts along the way. All the usual “greatest of all time” pre workouts. This is the first that I have tried that gives me that edge in training, the focus, the drive that I need to push through those last few reps. To get me through those last few minutes of cardio (that always feel like an eternity). The taste is something that you would have to try some flavours. I have had 2 so far (fizzy cola and blue razz) these have been really nice, very sweet like most pre workouts but still nice none the less. Mixes extremely well. My final point of why I really enjoy taking this pre workout is that the come up isn’t too strong and doesn’t make you feel like your heart is doing the tango. And I personally have found that it doesn’t make me crash. I will generally train before work and this never has a detrimental effect to my focus. Goes Well With:Water

Alpha pre works
5Recently bought the alpha pre and have been more focused and energised to keep working out in the gym, this has also made me get a bigger and better pump in every workout so overall. Really worth it.
