Pre workout
5Would highly recommend this pre workout , it works like a gem. The taste is amazing . It does not make your cup or shaker smell like many other pre workouts. The only issue is the mixabillity of the pre but that’s mainly because that comes down to the shaker you use.

Horrible taste
1I bought this pre workout expecting it to taste like a normal blue raspberry drink. It tastes absolutely foul I am so upset because it was expensive and I just wanted some extra energy after long hours in work to do my excercise. I am still left with low energy and a terrible drink that makes me nauseous.

Keep coming back
5I've given up on trying alternatives, I always end up coming back to alpha. Blue raspberry is particularly tasty! I started on one scoop but a few years down the line I'm guzzling 3scoops and bench pressing a small horse. A very small horse. Okay, my little pony.Goes Well With:Anxiety

Reduce suggested amount if using for the first time!!
5First time I have ever used a prework out, but on weigh days I litrally have nothing to eat before my workout! So tried this!! What a experience!! I used the suggested amount, 2 scoops!! I would highly recommend only 1 scoop if this is your first time using!! Gives you such a weird sensation through your body, this obviously does wear off as you start your workout! Defo did help push me through my session tho, felt like I had more energy!
