4As far as goes tastes like sour patch kids which is decent I like to use preworkout 15 minutes before my workout as I don't have time to prep it 30-60 mins before and this kicks in quite quickly at the same time the balance works nicely and i dont crash towards the end of my session. The tingles part isn't overwhelming like other preworkouts

As far as pre work outs go…
5This is by far the best pre workout I have used in recent years! I started taking pre work out around 3 years ago and found some decent ones along the way but none that gave me the greatest pump as origin my protein pre work out does matched with the incredible taste of all the flavours (blue razz my fave). I honestly feel such a great pump when using this and it intensifies my work out everyday and helps keep me focused and motivated at the gym. Lastly it gives me zero caffeine crash later in the day too so all round 10/10 for me, so if you’re looking for a pre work out this is the product for you!Goes Well With:Water! I also taken essential amino acid and creatine mono hydrate too in a separate drink!

5i have tried quite a few pre workouts and this is one of the best the taste is great and looks like blue raspberry as well it mixes well i would deffo be buying this again Goes Well With:blue raspberry creatine

New branding, same great taste and effect
5So not a great fan of the new branding, looks washed away, no punch to it, however the product inside is still amazing and still delivers the kick you need to start your training. Big fan of MyProtein Goes Well With:My Protein BCAA 1-1-2
