Solid Pre Workout
5I was pleasantly surprised by this! Usually own brand pre workouts either taste horrid or are not strong enough to give you any kind of kick. But alpha Pre hits hard and tastes amazing (Blue Raspberry) Very happy and it's a very good price too! Cheers MP 🏋🏽♂️Goes Well With:BCAA

5I went to the gym after having this pre workout and I’ve now been here for 13+ hours. Feels like my potential has been unleashed by the Elder Kai, I’d highly recommend it and you only really need 1 scoop. It was meant to be leg day today but bench press and bicep curls have been getting smashed for the last few hours. highly recommend. Goes Well With:More scoops

Pre-workout review
5This was my first purchase from myprotein and it did not disappoint at all. I got the mango and orange pre-workout and it tastes exactly like a J2O. It's so good! This pre had more betalanine in it compared to my last so I felt a slight itch on my hands and ears, but it wasn't anything unbearable and drove me to push harder during my workout. The recommended serving size is 2 scoops but I've been taking 1.5 instead as I don't like itching too much. But it's definitely something you can be flexible with. And the itching does wear off after an hour roughly. I don't like drinking it too quickly though as it does make me feel a little nauseous. However drinking it gradually over 10ish minutes is fineGoes Well With:Water and ice

5I've tried many different pre workouts and this is by far one of the best. The flavour is great and the product itself gives a great boost to my workouts without the horrible crash afterwards like many other brands out there. Thanks guys Goes Well With:All it needs is water....enough said
