5Absolutely raging gym session, went from sitting on the sofa to the hulk in 10 mins. Wouldn’t recommend taking before you drive unless you want really itchy feet the entire journey Goes Well With:Lack of energy to go to the gym

Great Pre Workout
5Good taste. Tingly hands and ears which makes me feel like it works! Feel like it gives a boost to lift heavier in the gym. Better than other pre workouts I have had.

Rocket fuel
5Really good and enjoyable pre workout to take. I like the taste, mixes easy. I did start with 1 scoop and work my way up. Overdid it on one day and definitely spent a bit of time on the toilet for it. Gives you the energy you need Goes Well With:Water

Alpha pre workout
4Great supplement. Mixes well and tastes good. Levels of ingredients are enough to be effective without being overkill and giving jitters or caffeine induced anxiety. It's been hard work but have increased my lifts with a creatine Alpha combo

5I thought people were exagerating in the reviews but they were not! This is the best pre workout in the market! In first use I used the recommended dose (2 scoops) and fueled maybe a bit too much for me... Half a dose is just perfect, especially if you have low intolerance to caffeine as me and are very petite. One scoop is just right. The mango orange flavour is the best, tastes just like a tropical juice. Unlike other pre workouts in the market, this one doesn't taste artificial and is not too sweet. Has the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness.Goes Well With:Water

Has its effect but unnecessary ingredients
3Does its job for sure but I had to reduce marks because of some very harmful ingredients such as Ace K, Sucralose ,E110 Sunset yellow. And even citric acid..all linked to health issues. Replace them with natural sources and you will have a great booster instead.

5It was good had a good effect except my tolrance has gone up so its not as effective now.Goes Well With:water
