5The Alpha-Pre workout is definitely effective in providing you with the boost you need before a high-intensity workout. I have definitely experienced a boost in my energy levels and ability to complete more reps. although the Sour Apple flavour could be a bit less sour as it is not the nicest thing ever to drink, though in terms of pre-workouts its not bad at all.Goes Well With:Water

THIS IS WHAT I WANT FROM A PREWORKOUT
5No extra unneccessary ingredients. All of them have a purpose. The caffein dossage is perfect not too much not too less. The aroma is really better than I expected. I remembers me the times I used old good bsn no-xplode. So, alpha pre-workout is my new favourite.

The Best!!
5Tried all sorts of pre some were good & others promised a lot but didn't do what it said on the tub but this is great gives you a buzz but not over the top and also helps you focus, my 18 year old son tried it and now won't use anything else and you can get it at a great price most of the time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 great stuff!

4I do really like your pre’s, they defo do the job and have perfect levels of caffeine etc which pushes my workout to the next level. However, I have recently tried other pre workouts that are not from my protein and have found that they are much better tasting. I think you could maybe look into improving the taste or introducing new flavoursGoes Well With:Creatine

5Mixes well and is a convenient energy boost that has time and time again allowed me to improve in the gym. I’m able to feel focused while the formula gives me an intense pump. Great for those morning workouts Goes Well With:Creatine Monohydrate

5This pre workout hits you harder than a lorry carrying 200 gallons of milk, and that’s hard hitting alright, this helped me smack out my 110kg bench at 17 years of age, it hits very quick and boosts my endurance largely making every session 10x better.Goes Well With:Not tried it with anything

5This flavour is really good. Doesn’t taste weird like some flavours do and you get the sourness at the end.
