5The taste is one of the best I’ve had, you can definitely feel it kick in with the itchiness and caffeine dose seems optimal. I’d advise only using on days you particularly need it ( feeling extra tired/ going for a PR etc)Goes Well With:Water

Best pre yet
5I’ve tried many brands and many flavours, this by far is the nicest I’ve had. Doesn’t leave any nasty tastes it’s like drinking squash. I’m a around 115kg and a lot of pre work outs don’t seem to have much effect, on the contrary this pre is extremely effective especially for those heavy compound lifts

Taste is amazing
5I’m not a big of a fan when it comes to pre workout flavours and have never enjoyed taking them before a workout but this flavour is amazing! Makes me feel like a hulk workout out as well 💪😂

Pretty good
4Could taste a little bit better but works perfectly no crash keeps you energised through the day and I drink a lot of caffeine Goes Well With:Water duh

Excellent pre workout
5I really like this pre-workout. It gets me through my workout and tastes great. Only slight challenge I have is I had a side effect from the Beta Alanine so I just take 1 scoop and combine it with an intra workout Goes Well With:Intea workout blue raspberry

Good but makes your face feel all itchy
4The packaging says to take 2 scoops but one is definitely enough for me. I started with a half scoop after reading some of the reviews and took a full scoop today. It worked well as a preworkout however it did make my entire face feel itchy, especially around my mouth. Don't take before bed as you will not sleep!!Goes Well With:Water
