Pre workout
4Good flavour and can feel an energy boost. Be careful with Beta Alaine more than one scoop can cause itchiness and pins and needles sensation across the body.

One of the best preworkouts ever
5Over the years I’ve tried almost every popular pwo that has been released. For the price this is probably one of the best. Tastes goods, high stim and gives a good pump. Definitely worth a try.

Rocket Fuel
5i get more excited about using this than gking to my actual work out. Sends you into beast mode and has you tingling. Start drinking it 15 mins before my work out and finish it about 10 minutes in. Helps me through the full hour or so and still keeps me on my toes for and hour after and thats with a weaker mix for around 375ml. tastes amazing with the blueberry

Unreal, best pre I've had in years
5Really effective, definitely don't take to close to bed time. No crash, smooth energy and good ear tingles and pump. I've been looking for a no nonsense pre without creatine for awhile and this is the best by far. Taste is very strong, but just add more water (you'll sweat it out anyway). Definitely a great pre, I'll buy again for sure!Goes Well With:600ml Water
