5Honestly the nicest tasting pre I’ve ever had and I’ve had so much more energy going to the gym lately . It tastes just like the sweets to completely reccomend

Outstanding Product - Bad Packaging Experience
3To be clear, I loved this product! The taste hit the spot even if it did have a bit of a zing to it, you could certainly feel the impact and it did lead to better / more comfortable performance on longer runs. It almost makes you feel like there's more in the tank when your motivation would ordinarily wain. However, I did have an issue with the container. I don't know if it was a seal issue but the container seemed to expose air to the product. I noticed after a month the product almost seemed to harden on the surface, after a few months it became unusable. I found myself desperately carving out chunks until I eventually relented. If it weren't for this issue it would be 5 stars!Goes Well With:Water

Love this product!
5This pre-workout keeps me energised throughout the most brutal sessions. My favourite and in my opinion the most effective pre-workout drink for an affordable price. Sour apple flavour is so tasty!

5very potent, love the taste, mango orange is the best but apple is also great, i only take one scoop since its strong, and for intra workout i love the BCAAs berry flavor

Has it changed???
3I have used this (or at least the former version Alpha), for years. Loved it. Tasted great, mixed well and gave me lots of energy. Lately though (since the rebrand) it doesn't seem as effective. I don't know if ingredients have changed, but it's not what it once was.Goes Well With:Water

4Takes half an hour to kick and yes you can feel it kick in. Great tingling feeling and really helps you drive for the sessions which you feel like you’re going to be lazy inGoes Well With:Water
