No nutritional information - Very High Risk
1This is an extremely dangerous product, Myprotein have not listed the caloric information or the fact that this product contains SUGAR! Maltodextrin is a Sugar, so if your aim is to workout fasted this is very high risk as the 20 Grams of Maltodextrin will spike your glucose levels. If you are diabetic it is even worse. MyProtein should immediately make it clear that this product has Maltodextrin and a significant portion some analysis is showing 20grams per serving (2 x Scoops) Please remediate this immediately!

Alpha Pre - Blue Raspberry
5Probably the best pre I've ever had. Well dosed for the usual required pre-workout ingredients. Standard tends to be 200mg Caffeine, 4-6g Citruline, 1.5-3g Beta Alanine. This has more of all and when bought (on offer) for less and it tastes nice! Winner all round. Goes Well With:Creatine Monohydrate (separately) then I always use a scoop of dextrose and electrolytes intra-workout.

Good blend of products
4I used and continue to use pre workout from my protein - the alpha preworkout for the first time though. Taste is good , definitely keeps me going for the duration I require to train -2-3 hours minimum. Goes Well With:Water
