Works - it’s that simple
5I took the advice from others and only used one scoop. Mixes great, tastes lovely, and yes, it works. I felt really lethargic today and didn’t want to get out of bed (especially leg day). I’ve lifted heavier, more reps, and even tackled things I usually avoid (squats) So one scoop was absolutely spot on and gave me a real great boost of energy and power!!Goes Well With:Water

Mega dominant pre
5Quite honestly, this pre shook me to my core, within 15 minutes of taking this I could feel the beta alanine working it’s magic with the tingling in my skull, then after that the caffeine came, during the session I felt like a god and couldn’t speak to anyone because of how cracked and godlike this pre is. Strength levels shoot through the roof especially on a leg day. 100% recommendGoes Well With:Water(200-400ml)

Caffeine madness
5I was not ready for the high caffeine within this powder I end up having a bit of a itching fit all over my body but when I’m tired it works amazing even if I do itch. I’ve counted the itching by giving myself less powder when mixing and it works better.

Great for torture sessions
4It's pretty strong, I've been taking 1 scoop instead of 2 because of that, the taste is pretty good, but it has a funky after taste - not bad if you just glug it down - but it works well and I don't get the tingles or uncomfortable itching from this like I did with other brands Goes Well With:Cold water

Alpha pre workout
5It is the best pre workout out there with 300mg per serving and the taste is amazing I could have alpha pre for my only pre workout and I will not get bored of it 10/10

The best pre MP sells
5Since MP seem to have discontinued tubs of the Pro Preworkout + and they ruined both the taste and formula on the standard pre workout. This is now the best one they sell. Great doses of everything, only the essentials with no unnecessary rubbish like creatine thrown in. Most importantly 300MG of caffeine a serving as well. Also tastes pretty good, not the best I think optimum have the best tasting pre but this still does the job. Goes Well With:Cold water

3It doesn't work for me. Only gives me an itchy forehead but no extra energy. Taste is bad aswell.

Great
4I’ve had both blue raspberry and orange and mango and orange and mango is definitely my favourite, the taste isn’t disgusting like the other preworkouts I’ve tried and is actually nice, the effect it has is great I only take 1 scoop about 20 mins before the gym and I feel it a lot, and for it’s price it’s amazing.
