Tastes good and is effective
4Both Orange & Mango and Sour Apple flavours are very good and easy to drink unlike many pre workout powders, this preworkout is very strong therefore on most days I end up taking half of the recommended dose and it still tastes great and gives me a boost!Goes Well With:preboiled water

Awful
1As someone who uses pre workout regularly, I was super disappointed with this product (especially based on the brilliant reviews). I started off with 2 scoops as advised, felt nothing, this was over a period of 1 week: if I felt anything, it was more tired and sometimes slightly sick? I progressed to 3 scoops, still nothing. Goes Well With:Water

Comedown is awful
3This pre workout is sick - you'll be getting PRs in no time! Be warned, however, because death is preferable over the absolutely AWFUL comedown this stuff gives you. Much prefer the MyPro pre workout as the comedown is nowhere near as violent

5Good pre workout good for a good 2hr sesh if i wanted to hit heavy ill take 2.5 scoops but all rounder amazing product

Blew my socks off
5Wow, I couldn't find my socks after taking this, Last session I benched 30kg for mad reps, just benched 2 plates for 500 reps, look at me go!!
