Great effectiveness
4It works amazingly and makes me perform much better at the gym. The taste isn’t good but could just be me. It doesn’t make me itch like a few reviews say it’s overall an amazing pre workout and I’ll continue to use it even though I hate the taste. Goes Well With:Gym

Not as good as the previous one.
3Been buying the other pre-workout mix for a long time, it tasted great, kept you buzzed all day and was cheap. This one is not as good. It tastes fine (Like Vit C tablets) and mixes fairly well, serving sizes are quite large and the buzz is sometimes overwhelmed by the jitteriness. I've also been experiencing a bit of crash with this about an hour or so after taking that affects me most of the day. If you can just wait until the other is back in stock this one is cheap and fairly strong.

Portion size seems off but amazing pre workout.
5Gives me a buzz with 1-1.5 scoops as expected and it tastes amazing compared to other brands but be careful with 2 scoops serving size as it gave me the itches associated with beta alanine before the caffeine had hit and was on my way to the gym with a severe itchiness under my skin. Other than the itch 1-1.5 scoops is blissful and even after the itches I was energised for 3 hours at the gym never once began to lose focus on intensity

Best tasting pre-work out and works well.
4A lot of people in reviews have said one scoop is enough but if you are already accustomed to consuming 300mg of caffeine then I’d recommend starting with two scoops from the get go. It doesn’t give you that body tingling feeling that I’ve had with other pre-work out drinks but it definitely helps get you into a workout. Taste is actually REALLY good. The most enjoyable pre-work out I’ve ever had. Goes Well With:Water
