Great Pump
5Good Pre-workout and always useful when I need a little energy boost before training..especially after a long day at work. Good pump as well. Only thing is the last mouthful never fully dissolves into water, but this won’t stop me from re purchasing it Goes Well With:Water and Heavy Weightlifting

Alpha pre workout- LOVE it
4I really liked this pre workout, i find the pump really effective- it wakes me up almost instantly for my 6am pre work workouts. They would not be the same without it! I find one scoop enough to begin with - the energy levels are insane!

Decent pre workout
4I've bought some few different pre workouts at this point and this one is probably the best I've tasted alongside the mango and orange one MP seem to have stopped selling. It's a decent pre, mixes really well, decent caffeine content Don't believe all the hype though from some of the other reviews that claim it will give you some super power or make you go crazy, it won't. Its a good one though and I'll likely buy it again. Goes Well With:Water

4My personal preference for this pre workout is to do 1 scoop to 330ml. Otherwise it is far to sweet for me! However this just helps me get more water in at 660ml for 2 scoops. Even though I found just having the one gave me plenty of energy. Yes it works, yes it taste lovely (even though it can be really sweet so its finding the right balance for yourself), and yes it looks insane. Happy with my purchase and product.
