Prepare to itch
1I bought the mango and orange flavoured workout. The flavour was very strong at first but I got used to the taste. I got ready to go to the gym excited to workout at 110% having drank the pre workout. On my way to the gym I started itching everywhere - my face, my feet, my hands - literally everywhere on my body started to itch. It was so unbearable I couldn’t workout. I had to rush back home to have a cold shower and I was still itching. My itching lasted for an hour. It was torture. I will not be drinking this pre workout again - I will stick to coffee.

5I tried this after trying THE Pre-workout+; I wanted a switch because the insane amount of caffeine in THE Pre-workout+ was making my eye twitch through the day and it was also pretty expensive.. so I saw that this was cheaper, lasted longer (because the reviews said to use 1 scoop not 2), and lower in caffeine. Can confirm 1 scoop is PLENTY! I notice a big difference when I don't take any vs when I do have a scoop, I work a lot harder and acheive much better results when I do have it. I will warn: the thermogenic effects are REAL with this one, and definitely makes me a lot sweatier than I anticipated.. but that just means I'm working hard right?? I tried the orange mango flavour and it tastes much better than THE Pre-workout+ in the same flavour, but still doesn't taste quite as good as the orange mango clear whey isolate protein powder. Definitely going to be using this pre-workout from now on!

Best pre workout for your money !!!!!!
4best tasting pre ive had (i usually hate it) its effectiveness is that of a 50 pound pre workout defo works and hits hard. worth the money 100% since its only cheap. the 300mg of caffine definitley hits. Buy It

4mixes well, orange and mango tastes alright, bit weak. Pre works fine, definitely feel the effects during a session.Goes Well With:250ml water

Does the job
5I really like this pre-workout. I take it 30 minutes before my workout and I really feel I have more energy and I’m more focused. I’ll take this when I know I’m aiming for a big lift or it’s a brutal WOD. I take one scoop and it does make my ears and nose itch a bit but I don’t mind that, makes you feel like it’s doing the job. The blue raspberry flavour is really easy to drink. I also like this comes in a screw top container, I’ve found with my protein bagged pre-workout the seal breaks or gets filled with powder and the mixture is ruined by moisture before you can use it all.

Alpha preworkout
5I thought it was very effective and kicks in very quick. Good flavour that’s isn’t too strong like others.Goes Well With:I preferred dry scooping but is good with water.
