Too sweet
4First time using a pre-workout. So far im only on one scoop, recommended to take two,. I find it really too sweet and acidic. Nit sure I'd thats the norm fir pre workout? Taste is very strong again with only one scoop!Goes Well With:Mix it with water... what else would you use?

V. Good for the price
4This has been my go to pre-workout for about a year now. Would say that for the price which i pay for the pre-workout makes it extremely worth it for the price. If you are looking for a good quality cheap pre-workout then definitely give this one a shot.Goes Well With:Water Sometimes add creatine powder.

5Whoever invented this.... give them a payrise. Nicest tasting pre workout I've ever had and gives the buzz you need without feeling sick. Easy drinking and works quickly. 100/10Goes Well With:Water and some tunes on the way to the gym 😂

5I think sour apple flavour isn’t that great , I think if it had more of a sweet taste it would be fire , strawberry laced and blue raspberry are delicious. Goes Well With:Water and a good pump

5Really effective and fast acting. Increased my intensity massively. Mixed really well. Tastes super sweet but personally I appreciate that.

Great pre-workout BUT…
4So this is a pretty go pre workout that does what any good pre workout should do… and more. One of the main reasons I chose this over many other is the Beta-alanine content, however I just discovered a major side effect of it. Excessive itching!! For at least an hour after taking it. Doesn’t go against the product itself, if anything, it’s too effective but anyone buying should be aware of this.

Good for energy but not for your gut
1Mixes well, gives you a decent boost BUT it gives you diarrhoea like no other preworkout ever has done. Affects my partner in the same way. Won’t be buying again. Stick with The Preworkout instead.

Perfect boost to start a workout!
5I’ve recently changed to this pre-workout from a different MyProtein one, and this version has been great - the caffiene content is much higher meaning I feel energised and ready for my workouts in the morning!Goes Well With:Impact Creatine Powder
