A good lil snack
4Good product. I like the taste but can imagine to some it might taste a bit artificial. Decent texture, much better microwaved for a few seconds. Filling and enjoyable as part of a balanced diet. Goes Well With:A bit of Greek yogurt after being microwaved

Disgusting
1Don’t waste your money they are horrible. Too sweet. Artificial taste. Dry. Couldn’t even eat them and grin and bear it.

For a small cookie - it packs a punch!
5MACROS The macros are very impressive 190kcal for 25grams of protein (per 1 cookie, 50grams)- the only thing that beats this ratio is simple protein powder which works out at 200kcal for 40grams of protein (also 50grams of the powder) - that being said normally I would have less than 50grams of the powder per portion. FLAVOUR The taste is good, it's sweet texture is nice, does it has an artificial flavour - sure, it does but it still works for me! CONVENIENCE It is a small-ish cookie in size (4-bites and it's gone!) - even though it's so nutritiously dense it takes a while for the satiety hormone to kick in and immediately after eating you might have to wait a bit before the fullness of the cookie starts kicking in.Goes Well With:glass of water (everything goes well with a glass of water), milk, yoghurt, coffee - could be a good idea to balance with some healthy fats and carbs to get a "hunger-crushing-combo" lunch/meal.
