Just for a boost
4I love these. They aren't as powerful as your normal preworkout which I think is great. Not full of loads of caffeine but enough to give you a bit of a boost before your workout. I use them for after work when I'm feeling a bit tired, gives me enough energy to last my session. They taste great too!

So convenient
5So convenient and tasty to get that pre workout boost in. Easy to carry around and have in the car for convenience. Spot on flavour and taste ash to consume. Couldn’t ask for better

Not what I expected
3I've never tried pre-workout products before but I've taken 2-3 between 30-10mins before a workout and felt no effect. I feel having a can of Monster before hand would have more effect.

4These gummies are handy in the morning, I can't always face drinking/making a shake so these are great. I take between 2-3 before working out. They do help but I wouldn't say they are as affective as other pre-workouts I've tried. They taste great though. Goes Well With:N/A
