My Go-To Pre
I love sour cherry, and I like the Beta-Alanine facial numbness that focuses me on my upcoming workout, so this ticks all my boxes. I am now on my sixth or seventh box of these, as I use the pre-club bike ride as well, and I imagine I will be using them indefinitely. Top Notch.

Hits the Spit
I used to be a gym bunny but due to work commitments I stopped training and I am aware that I have put on a lot of weight over the years, especially menopausal weight gain. I have recently started to attend the gym regularly again as part of trying to lose weight so been trying to move more and increase my exercise sessions. Being overweight I needed an extra boost to give me more energy to complete my sessions in the gym. Initially tried sample and found that it gave extra energy boost for my cardio session and enable me to train for longer. I take one of these shots 15-20 mins before I start. I’ve read reviews on other similar products that complaint of getting a tingly/itchy sensation in face and hands about 10-15 mins after taking the shot. I’ve not experienced these side effect issues with My protein version of pre-work-out shot. Certainly worth having one of these than not. Therefore this is currently my preferred brand and I have easily got used to the sour taste Personally gives me a great boost pre workout, does not mess my stomach up or give me the jitters. I'd even go as far as to say I feel stronger! I would prefer if the pack of shots were sold cheaper so I would feel I’m getting more value for money to continue purchasing long term. Goes Well With:I feel happy to drink on own.

Use these for the gym and boxing and work quick and can notice the difference can go from tired and feeling like not working out to full of energy and having an amazing workout

The best
I’ve tried mane pre workouts before and that one is the best of all. Works pretty much straight away. Most of pre workouts made me feel a little bit sick, and with that one I feel great and can focus strictly on my workout. Taste could be a bit of improvement as it is very sour however you can get used to it and it is small price to pay for such a great performance. It keeps you going for hours.

The only pre workout I now use!
Tried because I like the idea of a handy pre workout in a shot bottle and it has now become my go to pre workout! It’s the perfect balance of stimulants without the tingles or crashes! I hope MP never change the formulation and that it doesn’t get discontinued!

Pre Workout Shot
Absolutely Love these shots, gives you just the right amount of energy to complete a hectic HITT workout without any serious side effects or lingering for hours afterwards. They taste great too. Much easier than having to mix up pre-workout with water and consume 300ml of water which is not great when you having to jump around a lot.

Love these little beauties!!! Absolute game changer. Tried my fair share of pre workouts and these are just something else. Love love love!!! Please don’t ever stop these as I will not buy anything else now. Only pre work out I’ve had that actually works - Thank you my protein
