Easy course of tasty protein
5Great alternative if you are trying to avoid sweets n chocolates. Quick load up on protein too just make sure you got a drink with you as it is a mouthful

My Breakfast for busy days
5I discovered this Brownies around 3 Years ago and never looked back since. As a PT i have very busy days from 6 am to 11 am several People in a row so a Breakfast between Clients with high Protein and high Calories to eat on the go, is hard to find. This Brownie saved me thru all these days. Its very filling and doesn't have that typical protein after taste. If you compare it with a normal brownie its a lot more dry but if you compare it with other options with this nutritional Values ( high protein, low sugar , small chocolate junks ) Its great. Goes Well With:If you mind it being slightly dry just pop it in the microwave for 1 Seconds , eat it with ice cream or Greek Yogurth, dip in in Coffee or have it with tea. I sometimes crumble it into my Greek Yogurt's with some Raspberry's.

5I really like this, it's soft and cakey. Very good filling snack with a great amount of protein in.

Protein Brownie
5I use these Brownies for months. Although the taste and flavour has changed time by time I like them and I buy them time to time. There are tasty and they have plenty of protein in it I believe. I eat them every day. They help me keep my body incl. muscles fit.

My favourite treat!
5These are brilliant to supplement an active diet. Both my wife and myself have incorporated these in to our diet to support protein intake when training. She recommends putting it in the microwave for 10 seconds, but I love them as they are!
