Great post-workout snack!
5I find that these are great after a tough workout. Plenty of protein to help rebuild muscle and carbs to replace those burned during the session.Goes Well With:Cup of tea probably!

Lack of chocolate
2As the title says, the lack of chocolate on the flapjacks are shocking in a box of 12! They taste great but they look nothing like the picture on the box... wish I could upload of picture of the one I have now, its so sad...Goes Well With:Cup of tea

5Protein flapjack. Absolutely delicious. Filled with oats. Very filling, great as a morning snack/breakfast and keeps you going until lunch time. Packed with protein which is an added bonus. Great value. Will be purchasing more. Definitely a firm favourite. Thanks my protein
