Yummy with yoghurt and fruit
5So I find this has too many calories to eat a whole one in one go. So I cut in half and into small chunks and add to a bowl of Greek yoghurt and mixed berries and it tastes delicious (like a cheesecake)Goes Well With:Yoghurt Berries Syrup Cuppa tea

Favourite in between snack
5I'm a flap jack lover so this is a great alternative for me if I've no time for breakfast or hungry before hitting a gym session. With 20g packed of Protein I'm happy with the other macros to satisfy my cravings. Its densely packed, not too sweet which is perfect for my taste buds... I like the fact that it doesn't crumble apart like most flapjacks and leave your hands greasy...feeling full and not guilty is all part of the pleasure. Goes Well With:A nice cuppa!

Great overall
5First try of these protein bars I can’t eat a lot of them due to being allergic to nuts so these are awesome as no nuts at all. Only had 1 so far so can’t rate effectiveness properly but I can say it will help cut cravings out of eating rubbish when cutting back on food. Will definitely be ordering a lot more of these over time especially when on offer.

Not as great as I thought
1Was really excited to try theses as I love protein and i find it hard to get the amount of protein I need to eat it throughout the day but I went to try theses and it was like a brick.

Absolutely delicious!
5Very nice bars fills you up quickly not harsh on the stomach and packed full of protein and fibre and good quality oats for that little bit of carbs. Bought 3 boxes glad I did and will definitely buy more. Goes Well With:Coffee or tea. Nice little breakfast snack or after meal/workout treat.
