Strawberry meal replacement
5So for someone that struggles with dieting, I decided to try these compared to other brands, I have one for breakfast and then one for lunch, I find I don’t feel hungry at all and they see me through to my evening meal (which I make sure is substantial with having to shakes a day) I’ve dropped 9 pounds in 5 weeks, with these shakes twice a day and moderate exercise I find the strawberry the best flavour with chocolate 2nd, I don’t go much on the other flavours but obviously that’s preference. Very smooth and taste nice Goes Well With:Milk

Weight loss support
5I have been drinking these shakes for lunch along with the breakfast smoothies for breakfast and they have been great. Chocolate and salted caramel flavours have been my favourites (not so keen on the strawberry). Blended with skimmed milk and a few ice cubes makes a good consistency. Watch the scoop sizes - 1 scoop and a bit rather than 2 for the 51g portion size. Keeps me full and satisfied. Lost 3lbs in a week and hope to lose more. Goes Well With:Skimmed milk and ice cubes

Chocolate Meal Replacement
5I've drunk protein shakes for a long time. Mostly Whey protein or mass gainers. Now I'm in the process of going lean. I'd never tried at meal replacement solution before. Honestly I wasn't sure how having a 200 kcal shake a few times a day was going to be sustainable. But I've been shocked at how effective it's been. I'm a high kcal intake person regularly and 2 shakes a day have kept me going without feeling hungry. Also the cost per shake it's great value for money.Goes Well With:Half water & half milk

5I was really surprised at how well it worked and tasted, easily able to replace 2 meals a day with this and still feel energised.
