Meal Replacement Shake
5I have a shake mid morning everyday and find that I don’t need anything to eat until tea time. Really helping me get my blood sugars under control. I ordered vanilla and add skinny syrup in various flavours to mix it up. It’s really working for me. The scoop does not match the detail. I have to use scales. Good job I checked. 2 scoops is nearly double the 51gxGoes Well With:Skinny syrups.

5I purchased the meal replacement which went really well with the breakfast smoothie having one of each a day with a balanced meal has helped me loose 11lb in 3 weeks, they are very tasty and filling

5So I tried protein powder as a meal replacement for breakfast and wow what a difference it made it help me lose weight when I was struggling it also given me more energy when in the gym would defo recommend Goes Well With:Milk and water
