5The protein mixed really well and tastes good. Don’t follow the instructions for how many scoops full. One of the included scoop is 50g.

Amazing
5This has lovely flavour, it is very sweet but tastes just like a strawberry milkshake you’d get from a restaurant!

Mmm not sure.........
3Tried as other reviews have been great, first week lost 5.5lbs second week put 0.5lb! I knew that I would not continue to lose at the same rate as the first week and loses would slow down but to put weight on doesn't seem right or worth it, ate and exercised the same both weeks, will keep at it for another week to see what happens but not sure that it is going to the a consistent weight loss aid for me, will update review if this changes, does taste great though and I do feel full for quite a while for drinking, I have also been taking thermopure tablets as a lot of other reviewers seem to be doing, but can't really feel any benefits from them either, shame as I love my protein product usually

A great breakfast
5Replaced my breakfast with this and mixed with porridge and frozen fruit. Makes a great morning shake and keeps me going for hours and helped with weight loss 3 stone since October.Goes Well With:Porridge and fruit frozen or fresh.

Half the serving
5Tastes great, mixes well, has everything I need in a meal. Currently using this as breakfast/post morning workout. The 2 scoops is about double the recommended serving, which is what they recommend on the packaging. Infact 1 scoop is about the 51g serving. Keep this in mind if you purchase. Goes Well With:Water

Stay away from the chocolate flavour
1The chocolate flavour is by far the worst tasting protein mix ive ever had, so chemical and i couldnt finish my shake. The vanilla however is amazing.
