1Terrible. The flavour is so artificial and it doesn't blend well in the shaker, it stays lumpy. Tried it with the Nutribullet and still nowhere near as good as the regular protein powder. Also, less than a week after I bought it, they dropped the price by almost 50% so I've essentially overpaid for something that's going to go in the bin.

5I have found the Meal Replacements easy to mix, tasty and best of all effective having lost 16lb in 4 weeks by substituting 1.5 scoops for breakfast and lunch. Probably people with a lower starting weight (I was 19st) could use just 1 scoop.
