Highly recommend
5This is the best meal replacement I've tried yet. Done 2 orders already and about to do my 3rd. Definitely keeps you full for longer than other ones I've tried. I used for breakfast and lunch, keeps energy up as well for going to the gym. Only downside is i order salted caramel and it tastes like vanilla but i still order it anyway.

5I think I'll be using myprotein for the rest of my life in one capacity or another, I've been using for 6 weeks and have not felt this good about myself in a long time.

Best protein shake replacement
5So I use this as a protein shake replacement instead of a meal replacement. I'll be honest, for me, this doesn't cut it as a meal replacement. I'm still hungry a good hour/two afterwards. I'm smallish/medium build, 5'4. HOWEVER, it is a perfect replacement of a protein shake because it's probably the best tasting one you're going to find. After my gym sesh I have this and it's great, sometimes mixing in berries or other things to change flavour, occasionally making a mug protein cake. I use a blender and use 500ml of water to reduce the sweetness. It becomes a thin but smooooooth vanilla shake that tastes fairly decent, not really something you get sick of.Goes Well With:Water Berries
