Fantastic product
5This product is fantastic! I was looking for an alternative to the same old, often heavy lunches; as I’m gluten intolerant and there are only so many salads you can eat and you need to plan ahead (not just popping to the work canteen when you haven’t had time in the morning to make lunch) I thought o would give this a go. I lost a few pounds, started to look trim and people noticed - what more could you want. The product mixes easily, tastes great, you feel full and see results quickly. Throughly recommend.

Don't buy anything else!
5It tastes amazing! It mixes well with water or milk. It keeps me full. What more could you want? Goes Well With:Water and milk. Total protein and creatine.

Brilliant shakes
5These shakes are great, I don’t feel hungry after and I have no cravings after them. They mix well and taste lovely, they don’t taste dry or powdery like some can. All in all I’m very happy with these and always stock up when there’s good offers on.

Great in a pinch
4The meal replacement is alright in a pinch, salted caramel is palatable in my opinion but not the best tasting! Definitely “thicket “ than a normal protein shake and keeps you fuller for longer.

Reordered
5Very taste, mixes great and really helping. Reordered twice now and definitely feeling an improvement. I'll generally use 2 scoops with 500ml of water so goes quite thick and is roughly 250 kcal per shake. Feel a lot better as can feel bloated and lethargic after lunch but not with these shakes, they have a great balance and i feel more energetic even have enough energy to hit the gym after work Would recommend if you trying to cut calories or possibly if your trying to find a nice balanced lunch/brekky or something while on the goGoes Well With:Water

Lovely tasting shake
5I’ve used this shake for a while now, tried many flavours, strawberry and chocolate are my 2 favourites, mixes well but I like to use in blender with ice as it thickens it! Makes me feel full until lunch as usually use at breakfast Goes Well With:Ice, and sometimes an added banana to the blender

5I love this flavour. It fills me up to 4 hours. I have 2 shakes and a main meal a day and I lost 6lb in 7 days. I would definitely recommend this to anybody
