Decent product
4I've made a few mug cakes and had different problems with recipes so decided to give this a try(I went for chocolate). I mixed 70ml semi skimmed milk, 1 scoop powder, Teaspoon mix of trivia and zero butterscotch syrup, half a tablespoon of peanut butter and mixed. Then added other half tablespoon peanut butter for a core. Cooked for 1 minute checking a few times and i found it to be quite enjoyable. I have a shocking sweet tooth and this is my go to when I get an evening craving. If you've got the calories available just add a bit of cream after and it is spot on! Dieting Treats
5I deciding to buy lots of ready to make treats for me when I was dieting for my show and these were a life saver. Cravings were wild and there just made my day and gave me something to look forward too. My favourite was the salted caramel and chocolate Goes Well With:Everything

Blueberry Cheesecake Flavour is too chemically
4Great product and easy to make. Macros are decent too. Salted caramel flavour was a bit bland, so I added a teaspoon of sugar to the mix. The chocolate was by far the best. Blueberry cheesecake tasted very chemically and wasn't pleasant. Would have received 5 stars if not for the flavours. Goes Well With:A cup of Tea or Coffee

Spongebob Squarepants
1Absolutely bl**dy awful stuff. NO instructions on packet, but not the end of the word as the instructions are on this website. Followed them to a 'T' and ended up with something that was nothing like cake. Made no difference whether I used water, milk or a combination of the two. Even tried using a bit of butter in the mixture and just the same! Virtually no taste and was akin to eating a sponge. Really, really disappointed. Goes Well With:Washing-up liquid...

Chocolate mug cake
5Excellent product. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to increase protein intake or to someone who enjoys a dessert. Add a piece of dark chocolate just before cooking and you get a melted chocolate middle. Also goes well with powered peanut butter. Goes Well With:Dark chocolate or peanut butter
