2Tastes of sweetener & bicarb of soda. Followed the instructions exactly and tastes how I would imagine a washing up sponge would taste rather than a cake.

5So after reading some other reviews I wasn't entirely looking forward to this but I wanted to try for myself. I got the salted caramel one and it was OK. Yes the texture is slightly rubbery by itself and I don't think it tastes like caramel. It is sweet though and after a few bites I tried it with the myprotein zero cal butterscotch sauce and this really enhanced the flavour! The sauce typically soaks into whatever you pour it on so it immediately soaked into the cake making it even more sweet. It was lovely. It filled me up and hit the sweet spot. Easy protein intake :)Goes Well With:Zero cal butterscotch sauce. I'll try with dark choc chips next.

5This is honestly so tasty!! I bought the caramel flavour 😍 I like sweet things and this is full of protein so you can't go wrong. Admittedly I have this in the mornings with fruit and yoghurt. It fills me up for a long time! I mean who doesn't like sweet things on the morning! I have it with water as its less calories and doesn't require milk if I'm honest. Goes Well With:Fruit and Greek yoghurt. Also water rather than milk.

Disgusting
1I was quite excited to try this. But it is the consistency of a sponge and doesn’t taste too dissimilar. Awful. I ordered several products (clear isolate, bars, flav-drops, pancake mix, syrup) and I would give them all similar reviews. The bars were ok, but nothing like Grenade. The only thing I would recommend is the soy crisps, which were very good. Goes Well With:The bin.

5Omg these taste so good. Texture was slightly odd but then when finding the right amount of time to microwave it for it was much softer Goes Well With:Peanut butter and choc chips

5Quick and easy to make. Tastes great and mixes fairly well, only a little bit at the bottom and top of the mug still slightly wet but I could be adding too much water. Definitely recommend for a quick snack :)
