Highly recommend
5Keeps me full for longer than usual protein shake, therefore useful for weightloss. I don't put too much milk in and it turns out a bit thicker like chocolate mouse which I enjoy!Goes Well With:Milk

Helps with recovery
4Tastes ok but not as good as the whey+ and is quite foamy but does what it is supposed to do and keeps my full during the night while i am on caloric defecit and i dont seem to get as much muscle aches the next day

Dust everywhere
3Really wanted to like this, and I'm sure the slow release benefits are there. But this powder is so light that it fills my kitchen with a cloud of dust everytime I go near it. Won't be buying again as it defeats the purpose of a quick shake when you're having to clear up afterwards. Also getting a bit sick of the MYP pouches, might switch to a brand that sells in tubs with a screwed lid. Goes Well With:Overnight oats

Casein
5I am satisfied with my casein ( the chocolate one) I take it before bed so it does the job that I have purchased it for and that is what I care about. I got the chocolate one - not a big fan on the tasteGoes Well With:yoghurt, milk, protein icecream, pancakes

Bedtime shake
3I mixed 30g with about 200ml of water and a couple of ice cubes. I have a scoop of the regular chocolate whey every morning, but this is nothing like that. The texture is a lot sandier and less sweet than the whey. It also leaves a lot of foam at the bottom of the shaker. That said, I’m not drinking it for the taste! Does the job for a fair price, thanks.

Delicious
5This powder is absolutely delicious in the strawberry flavour, mixes really well with low fat milk to create a perfect evening shake that I like to take before bed. Looking forward to trying the other flavours. Only been a my protein customer for a few weeks but the quality of products speed of delivery and range of products are really impressive so far .Goes Well With:Low fat milk to create a lovely tasting shake

One of the best
4I really like this product. I have tried lots of different companies, but keep coming back to this one. The chocolate tastes fine and mixes really well with water or protein smoothies. The casein helps keep me feeling fuller and less hungry as part of a calorie controlled diet Goes Well With:Almond milk, blueberries, banana, cashew nut, spinach smooothies Or just water!

Good for pre bed shake
4First off I'm not a fan of chocolate flavoured shakes and there isn't much in the way of choice in these shakes. That said however the chocolate isn't terrible. Personally I mix 25g of this with 15g of whey before bed to get a good mix of slow and fast absorbing protein. WIt the vanilla impact whey elite this shake actually becomes an enjoyable, tasty treat. Goes Well With:Impact whey elite, good shaker, a good night sleep.
