5I’ve never used bcas before, after doing some research and speaking to people I found this one on the market and thought I’ll give it a go. I wouldn’t be without it now I use it for every workout and find it really gives me natural energy I know longer have an afternoon dip, fantastic product.

Helped Massively With My Triathlon

5Have found my recovery times have been better using this. Word of wisdom though use more water to mix with, the amount it says the taste is diabolical. Mix it with a litre works a treat no medicine taste. Also don't use the scoop it comes with as that scoop is actually 15gs Goes Well With:Water

5Used to get the raspberry EAA, which was good but quite chalky tasting. This new flavour is so much better - none of the chalky feel, tastes like a nice lemon iced tea! Definitely recommend this, mixes well and is an easy and effective part of my daily routine. Goes Well With:Water
