A pre workout that’s doesn’t make me itch!
5A great pre-workout that is my go-to after a long day at work knowing it’s a big evening in the gym Taste is good although can be said as a little artificial (fruit punch) and it mixes easily with water A pre-workout that is effective, doesn’t make me hot and itch which keeps me going for the whole workout, ideal!! Goes Well With:Water- ice cold!

The pre-workout
2Let’s start with the taste, whilst your drinking it the taste is actually quite pleasant (pineapple and grapefruit flavour), but one you swallow it you are all of a sudden hit with what can only be described as a rancid aftertaste that lingers at the back of the throat for quite sometime. The powder however does seem to mix very well with liquid which makes it easier to drink. The product hits straight away and for a period of time you feel quiet energised and ready to workout. However, after a period of around 30 mins this feeling quickly deteriorates and leaves you feeling sluggish and worn out. This to me makes me think that the product is made with cheap chemicals and they disguise this with fancy packaging and sleek branding, and it feels like the users experience of the product is last on their list. Since taking this the intensity of my workouts have decreased. I do not recommend anyone to buy this it is completely false, it seems MyProtein have fallen victim to sacrificing the quality of their products in order to attain a high sales figures. I will definitely not be buying this again, very disappointed!

Worst pre-workout I've tried
2I decided to give this pre-workout a try as it has quite good reviews. But I can honestly say I'll be sticking to my usual brands in the future. It tastes awful and has an even worst aftertaste. It got me slightly pumped, but it took 2 scoops to achieve that. It's such a shame as I'm usually happy with my MyProtein purchases. Goes Well With:Water - will only mix properly in a protein shaker.

GET THE COLA ONE
5Love the taste of the cola one. Love the pre workout. Works really well and I've used my share of pre workouts. Always come back to this one. Highly recommend Goes Well With:Water

Extra kick to your work out
4Well.... what to say about this pre workout, if you like drinking smurf pee then great, taste is actually quite nice though, very sweet but gives the extra boost needed, suggest only adding 300ml of ice cold water though as 400mls I find is too watered down. Just doesn't give the same effect. All in all good flavour but personally I prefer the cola. Goes Well With:300mls ice cold water

Pre workout
2Have been using pure caffeine as a pre workout for a while so thought would give this a go. I ordered the strawberry kiwi flavour. I have been mixing it with 300ml water but it is so sour I cant drink it. It's become s bearable with 400ml however it is so heavy to drink before a workout. I will say that I feel the tingling within about 10 minutes where it is opening up the blood vessels etc but cant really say I've noticed much of a difference taking. I will be reverting back to caffeine only. Much cheaper and quick and simply without the horrible tasteGoes Well With:Lots of water

Great
5Nice mix, good effect. The taste could of been a bit better got sherbet lemon but its very strong. Even then still palatable. Goes Well With:Water

The Pre Workout
4Great flavour ( I chose strawberry and kiwi) and its certainly gives you a boost in the gym ( more reps and sweat more etc...) Would definately recommend and there are a few other flavours available. Goes Well With:Water

Too much caffeine
4IMO there is too much caffeine in there. My workouts are usually after 8:30pm so this keeps me awake all night after. Main ingredients for a pre-workout should be the Alanine, Citruline and arginine. Creatine is a good thing and maybe some vitamins. Caffeine is alright for a good kick, but in that quantity is a bit too much. Take it from a person who is used to drink Redbull before bed time. Still it's overall good product, gives the chills and good focus during heavy lifts. Taste is a bit too strong, but still nice and mixes well.Goes Well With:Water in a blender
