Block your nose before you drink this
3Had the watermelon pre workout on my previous orders but the flavour was unavailable during my latest purchase. The blue raspberry flavour is something I wouldn’t recommend. Ever. Apart from that I guess the product does the job. If you manage to drink it, of course.

You can basically lift the whole gym after using this...
5I never used pre-workout before but once Myprotein released MyPre 2.0 I thought why not. Now if you are very sensitive to caffeine this product may not be for you...or maybe it might be, depends how much you like a buzz. Long story short this powder has actually transformed my workout routine, I can now lift heavier and last longer, it is genuinely a game changer. However, it does take some getting used to, now I can handle the buzz it gives me but the first time I used it, it resulted in me shaking while in the foetal position wishing for the feeling to go away... but I may have used too much that first time I can't quite remember. Taste isn't a whole lot to write home about but mix it with cold water and drink it as quick as you can and you're golden.Goes Well With:Water and lots of hand tremors

Electrifying
5This Pre-workout is fantastic. After about 10minutes of drinking it you can feel your blood becoming electric giving you a weird tingling sensation through your body. Really helps get the heavy reps in and turn your workout up. Not a huge fan of the Blue Rasperry flavour and will definitely opt for another flavour next time. Have to down it quickly rather than drink and enjoy the taste. Goes Well With:Heavy metal music to zone you.

Great taste
4I bought this because when it to to evening's I was not performing my best so I thought I'd give it a try. This works great and tastes good too only downside is the tingling effect like pins and needles all over my skin. I've never had this with pre workout before and it's not a nice feeling. But apart from that it gives me the extra push I need to complete my hiit classes.

Bad taste if taken with the recomended ml of liquid
3It has a bad taste if you take it with the recomended ml of liquid, it's ok if diluted with 1.5 l

Energy on tap
5I have just started using this and it really gives me a boost for my workout. I normally take it about an hour before. It tastes great too. I just mix it with water. It mixes really well with no lumps or residue.Goes Well With:Just water

Effective
5Mixes really well despite what I have read about the product and everyone is moaning about the taste for me i has blue raspberry and I thought it tasted good admittedly maybe a little sweet but nice nevertheless and for the benefit you see in the gym who cares about the taste !! I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and I work from 6-6 mon-fri and gym from 4 till half 5 and I noticed I was falling asleep early everyday and slowing down at work but since using this product my energy levels are amazing I smash the gym and still have the energy for a long hard days Graft hope this helps people Goes Well With:Water ( cold is better )

No rola cola here
5I get up to train at 5.30am, I work miles away and train near where I work, so I needed a good pre-workout drink to wake me up and get me motivated, but didn't taste like it would melt my insides. Tried a few different brands before trying this one. It's smooth, mixes really well, wakes me up and tastes (rather surprisingly) like still cola. It'll become a regular part of my routine from now on. Goes Well With:Ice cold still water

Great everyday pre-workout
5Ive been using the pre-workout since it was released, 1 scoop before every workout no matter the time of day. It’s got enough of a caffeine boost to really help keep the workout intense if you’re a bit tired but also not so strong that if you take it at 8pm before a workout you can’t get to sleep afterwards. I’ve tired all the flavours, Cola and Blue Raspberry are my go to, Blue Raspberry is more likeable if you take it often though as it’s not as sweet as Cola.Goes Well With:AAKG and/or Creatine 10-30 mins before a workout.

Good effect bad taste
4It’s not nice to take but I am willing to take it and gag a few times if it gives me the boost which it does. I’ve recently got creatine and that makes it a lot better to have when mixing Goes Well With:Creatine
