Good for better pumps and more stamina and energy
5Great non stim preworkout, more stamina in later workouts, don’t fatigue in lifts as quickly, good pump, also great to use before cardio again due to it helping you go that little Longer without fatigue. As for the few ppl moaning about the taste… just dry scoop it and get it in you. I don’t think I’ve ever drunk a preworkout powder 😂

Allows you to sleep after a workout
4No immediate rush of energy as some pre workouts provide. However does allow you too sleep after a workout.

Run for the hills
1It smells great but it tastes worse than if you were to boil the trainers of everyone in the gym, mix it with bath and dish water and try to drink it. I don't know how this flavour was ever approved to be a product. It is not even that it is too bitter or anything, it's just a disgusting taste.Goes Well With:the trash bin

Tastes so bad I felt sick
2Tastes so bad I felt sick my whole workout, probably never taking it again. Bring back the pump capsules they’re way better. Good pump tho Goes Well With:Throwing it up n crying in the gym bathroom
