Essential part of my daily roitine
5The Whey has become an essential part of my day. Breakfast shake starts me off right with a boost to my daily protein targets. Taste is great either with other ingredients or by itself. Highly recommended. Goes Well With:I tend to make a smoothie with the Salted Caramel flavour, a banana and Kefir yoghurt.

4Really easy way to achieve your daily protein intake. I tried cookies and cream, and milk chocolate. The first one is better in my opinion. Overall, worth the price!

4Never one for leaving reviews but I think this is worth the time to talk about. I’ve been on my fitness journey for a few years now and I’ve come to realise over time that there isn’t really a finishing line, but more that you’re always trying to beat your best and looking to improve. Whether it is your fastest 5k or what you last lifted in the gym. And this for me is what gets me those results! I’ve tried a ton of whey protein that’s on the market and yes, many are great and do work. It’s finding the right one for you! But if you want a great all round product that delivers then my friend you have found it!! Nice chunky 25g of protein! Easy to drink and a large range of flavours. For me its got to be the salted caramel, banana is also nice. It mixes really great! Low in sugar and fat! Excellent recovery and if you’re consistent with your exercise goals then you will definitely see the results with the whey product! I think it’s worth investing in to see if it’s the one for you. 5An excellent all round protein. Mixes well. Tastes great. I use it after a heavy weight session and for maintenance in between. Not the most effective at relieving DOMS but I definitely feel the benefits when used in conjunction with a healthy calorie intake. Will continue to buy.

Whey Protein
5Love the salted caramel whey protein it is delicious and easy to whisk up. Bought the cookies and cream and banana but I'm not too bothered and wouldn't choose them again (just my personal preference. The only other draw back is that they don't do vanilla in the big tub. Vanilla is so versatile and goes with most things if you like to add fruit etc. I don't seem to ever get fed up of vanilla like other flavours, again just my preference. Will continue buying the salted caramel and hopefully vanilla in the near future 😋🤞

Amazing taste
5Only just had my first shake and thought I’d say that the decadent chocolate tastes amazing! It mixed really well with milk and I can’t fault it. Obviously can’t comment on the effectiveness yet, hence the 4 star for that. Goes Well With:Milk
