Pre-workout pill!!
5Very useful as a pre-workout supplement!! I'm not so sure if it helps as much as a fat burner, but I don't really bother to weigh myself regularly enough to know 😅 However, I do find it really benefits me as a pre-workout, especially in my cardio workouts. Helps energise me.Goes Well With:Water, squash, juice, milkshake or on its own. However you want to take it really.

Like a rocket up your backside
5Zoom! I sometimes have issues with withdrawal headaches or my heart rate going so fast it makes me nauseous with caffeine tablets, probably as the only caffeine I consume is the occasional Diet Coke. But these are perfect, give me a good amount of energy whenever I’m tired and need to steam through a workout, and don’t cause any digestive issues.Goes Well With:Being knackered

5I generally feel a bit better about myself when taking these. It could be a mix of being in routine, eating healthier and working out... But these are a part of it.

5So I haven't been taking it long enough to notice much difference in my phisique but what I can say is it gives you a good boost. It has a fair amount of caffeine and taking it after I've had a long hard session really gives me a boost and a kick to carry on with the day. There have been some days when I've taken it after training and the boost I get I end up continuing to exercise as I just get that rush again.

5I’ve been taking these for 2 weeks and I’ve started to notice (according to the Fitbit) that I’m burning more calories per workout. Especially on the less intense workouts. Long may it continue.Goes Well With:Water, pre workout

5I have been taking these for a while now and i always notice the difference in my day when i dont take them. Kick start my metabolism in the mornings and give me that little boost in my workouts. I combine these with CLA and have lost a lot of weight with the combination, workouts and eating better. Highly recommended Goes Well With:CLA
