my go-to protein
4This is my go-to choice of protein supp. Pretty decent protein dose. Always vanilla - I find it mixes well for smoothies, milkshakes, Iced coffee, into yoghurt, overnight oats or banana pancakes. Still a bit pricey & I always buy when on offer or deals tbh, but a staple for helping to hit protein quantities. Goes Well With:milk, bananas, overnight oats, iced coffee.

Good Quality
5Really nice protein, mixes very with either milk or water. Has a really nice after taste and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated afterwards. Goes Well With:Water & Milk

5Total Protein is my number 1 and only go to with regards to protein. My favourite flavour is chocolate, it's great with full fat greek yoghurt. It's my favourite protein blend because it fits the criteria of a protein blend which for me is having whey concentrate, whey isolate and whey hydrolysate, as well as egg protein. 5Love this product, great value for price paid and tastes amazing (Strawberry cream). Helps get daily protein levels up and is low on calories which helps with my aim of losing weight / building muscle / toning up.Goes Well With:Both water and milk

5This company is outstanding! I’ve been using their stuff for a few years now, and the difference in my body and health with the help of their products is unbelievable! All the flavours I have tried are 1O/1O in taste and effectiveness, you’ll see results within the first few weeks of using this! 5I couldn’t be happier with this total protein. It mixes perfectly, even just with water.. keeps calories down and helps me to get in my protein (where I’ve struggled a lot before.) Goes Well With:On its own, or with baked oats!

5The total protein blend in chocolate smooth is the best protein i have had recently and the best tasting chocolate flavoured one too. Blends very nicely and easily and most importanly doesn't cause stomach upset like many others. Goes Well With:Water
