5This blend is much better than the original and when blended makes a smooth shake. Would totally recommend Goes Well With:Oat milk + ice

5My go-to protein powder. Higher protein content than the impact whey and mixes better with oats. Also really good value compared to the other powders. Only downside is there’s not as many flavours to choose from. Goes Well With:Oats. Milk. Water

5Strawberry Cream total protein, I read this is a mix that works over a longer period of time rather than having a quicker protein synthesis like the impact brand. So I guess this works better before beddy bed time. Or maybe in the morning if you are an active person at that time. But I don't know about any of that. I do know it's much cheaper on sale and comes in a good flavour. There isn't much else to say but that I like to put it in desserts (blender, mix with dairy or alternative milk, then stick it in some cream cheese with double cream and add chocolate on top and make a no bake cheesecake. By the way MYPro your (optional) star tick boxes aren't optional. Goes Well With:In the shaker add mango double concentrate squash to take the edge off or make it more drinkable. Add it into fruit themed desserts.

Excellent multi-source protein
5After some research, reading through previous reviews and seeing that this was also low calorie/minimum carbs, I bought Total Protein to help with my weight loss goals and current diet (Fast 800). One scoop of this around midday along with a green powder helps to keep hunger and afternoon lag at bay while keeping me going until around teatime when I eat my main meal of the day. I have also upped my resistance training and this, along with the Creapure creatine has helped with energy levels and results in and out of the gym.
