5I've bought Total Protein a lot these past couple of years. Mostly buy Vanilla and Chocolate flavours. I use the vanilla mostly to mix in with my porridge in the morning and the chocolate flavour as a shake. Mixes very well in the porridge and tastes great. I use a blender to mix if using for a shake and turns out well, no grittiness or lumps, just a lovely smooth shake. Flavours are great and often cheaper than impact whey, especially with discount codes. Keeps me full and helps to curb sweet cravings for things I shouldn't be having!Goes Well With:Porridge, spinach, almond milk, banana, peanut butter

5Tried many shakes over the years, different brands, different flavours, always come back to this. Tastes good, mixes well and does the job. What’s not to like? :)

Total Protein for life
4I have been using Total Protein for 2 years and it’s the perfect supplement to support the recovery and maintenance of my physique. Chocolate Smooth takes great with water or milk and the flavour never gets old. The powder mixes pretty well and works as a great addition to shakes with fruit, yoghurt and nut butters.

DO NOT BUY
1I don’t know where these heart filled paras have come from about how good it is,it taste absolute sh*t honestly the worst powder ever . Firstly it does have a flavour ive never tasted cement before but if I had to guess it would taste like this , no matter what you mix it with you taste it. Secondly it leaves your food or drink grey ive mixed this powder in oats pancakes and mixed with other flavoured protein blends and it still was to disgusting to finish. The only thing good about it is that it mixes quite easily even though the texture is unnecessarily thick and needs unserious amount of milk , water etc to be like a shake and not slop the texture is quite smooth . Not much more I can say about this product other than DO NOT BUY hate to be the one to do this review but it’s really that bad !

Taste like Starbucks strawberry’s and cream
5I only mix this with milk, I’m yet to experiment but it taste’s amazing ! Mixes really well, would recommend
