Handy, Tasty, Nutritious
5I had first begun to use branded whole fuel supplements whilst at Uni and upping my fitness regime, I found it was a brilliant way to get quality calories, macro and micro nutrients in me and helped reduced a long term anxiety I had experienced with food. After finding Myprotein did their own version at a cheaper price, I gave it a go and found it to be just as effective without the premium price. I have sustained entirely off this product for extended periods and enjoyed fantastic results. Would recommend to anyone looking for either a quick healthy meal replacement or a reliable way to up your calories and macros.Goes Well With:Water, Maca Powder, cinnamon, cacao powder.

Review on natural vanilla whole fuel shake
3I ordered the natural vanilla flavour and the taste is grainy even thought I used a blender and mixed with water. The smell puts me off as well it but I add thing into so it doesn’t taste as bad. But overall it’s worth buying if you want to gain weight because after drinking it, it makes you even hungrier so their is still room in your stomach to eat more food. Plus the shake is very high in protein which is great. I would just recommend getting another flavour than natural vanilla. Goes Well With:You can really add anything you like to the shake for example; fruit, honey, yogurt, oats and loads of other foods.

Love this stuff
4Yeah because it's vegan it can feel grainy but I drink from an shaker no trouble. Prefer to make a pudding type paste with yogurt

Perfectly good at what it is intended for
4It is easy to mix and acts as a pretty good meal replacement barring insoluble fibre which I am not so sure about in terms of the amount it gives you. It tastes OK. I am not expecting restaurant quality taste experience here as this is what I call "functional food" so I think all the harsh reviews on taste are... well.. a little harsh! It IS very sweet (as are the other flavours) so be prepared but you can mix with other things to lessen that if required. Overall it is good value and does what it says on the tin but my biggest complaint (as with others) is the almost constant lack of supply which is a challenge when it is your food supplement!

Great nutritional profile but too sweet
4As a runner I bought this as an effective way to get in calories (has more than any mass gainer) and for that purpose it's great. It is too sweet but after my first shake I got used to it and didn't really mind. I usually use hot water for mixing but it still can be quite difficult to mix when using a shaker bottle. I'd recommend a blenderGoes Well With:Gains

Reliable vegan blend
4I've been using this vegan Whole Fuel Blend for several years. It's great for when I need to pack in calories and nutrients on the go. I take it to work in the mornings for breakfast, drink it before a hike etc. It mixes well and is packed with nutrients. My only criticism is that My Protein seems to have reduced the flavour options: I bought vanilla for years and this time could only find chocolate. This is a shame, as I used to add chocolate flavour to taste using My Protein's cacao powder or occasionally jazz it up with banana and cardamom—as well as drinking the vanilla on its own. The chocolate flavour is a lot less versatile, so that's why I can't give it 5 stars.Goes Well With:water or vegan milk substitutes

Delicious, perfect, couldn't get enough of it
5The salted caramel flavor was unbelievably good and everytime I drank one, I couldn't wait to drink another, it was delicious and I wish they would restock so I could buy more. Goes Well With:Vanilla flavored meal replacement blend

One for the bin
1Perhaps it's unfair to judge a product on its first go but when a protein shake makes you wanna gouge out you own eyes rather than drink one more ounce you know it's probably not your cup of tea.Goes Well With:The bin
