Brilliant stuff!
5Needed to up my fibre intake so gave this a shot and I'm glad I did! Easy to use in tea/coffee/shakes but I do love to 'bake' with it! My favourite 'recipe' is for protein waffles:- (Makes 2 large waffles) 50g MP whey protein, flavour of choice 18g vitafibre 40g egg whites 1tsp baking powder Enough water to make into a thick batter (2-3 tbsp usually) Whack into a hot waffle maker for a few mins, top with your desired toppings and enjoy! Light, crispy, tasty and oh so filling. High protein, low carb and full of fibre...what's not to love! Goes Well With:Protein waffles!

5I'm on a very strict calorie diet and getting fibre for low calories has been a challenge resulting in a lot of constipation! This product has resolved all that. I have 2 portions a day equalling to around 25g of fiber which I mox into large sugar free cordial drinks and works a treat! Ansoloutely love this! Even used a bit in a healthy sweet and sour stir fry!Goes Well With:Anything liquid!

My staple
5This product is very versatile, I always struggle to get enough fibre in so you can add this to anything yougart tea coffee and it’s sweet so it’s just makes everything taste sweeter but not to overpowering. You can even make your own protien bars with it by heating power with water until bubbling then add in protien powder and any extras then leave to set ! Goes Well With:Everythinggg

5I really like this product, I sough a difference straight away, I put a scoop in my morning oats at 8:30 n it normally digests 4 hours later, but this time i has to use the bathroom writhin an hour, as someone who doesn’t eat a ton of vegetables, it’s a great addition, highly recommended. I found it also goes hand in hand in a shake with L-glutamine Goes Well With:Oats, breakfast cereal (in milk) In baking (cakes bars etc) Greek yogurt
