Excellent product
5Been using this product for months and it is absolutely fantastic! For most of my life I had constipation issues (not having movements for days) and this is the only product that always delivered results (solid stoll leaving me feel fighter 😁). Goes Well With:I have it with water or juice.

Fibre Life
5I use this when I am being stricter with diet as the higher protein seems to result with my fibre intake being too low. The result of this being bloating and tummy ache! I use a large scoop in my tea every morning and find it keeps my digestion moving and the taste cannot be detected at all!Goes Well With:Tea, squash, protein shake

A great way to boost your intake

Helped with Keto
5Im on a Keto diet and struggle with getting enough fibre. I tried fibre supplements but they just didnt help with bowel movements. 1 serving a day of this regulated everything and cant be happier! It has little to no taste. I mix with water and add some of myproteins flav drops to give it some taste. The price is excellent considering the amount of servings you get from one bag! Will definitely be stocking up in the futureGoes Well With:Water, flav drops any protein shake mix.

This is amazing!
5Recently I have been struggling to get in enough fibre to my diet, I found myself choosing between whether I wanted to reach my protein goal or my fibre goal. I add a small amount of this to my porridge to boost the fibre content and it works amazing, hasn't changed the texture and sweetens it a small amount. The bag will last a long time and I would recommend this to anyone else who needs a little extra fibre in their diet. Goes Well With:Porridge, yogurt, baking.
