All of my proteins bras are so supportive and yet again this one is too!  I love the open back it’s great for summer workouts & looks really flattering on the back.  The material quality is brilliant which is why it’s so supportive & comfortable.  I’m a size 8 and the size S fits perfectly.

Do not recommend which is unfortunate!

The bra is lovely on but I do agree they are smaller made however, I would not recommend this for gym goers. Wore it once and done some work lay in the floor and now have a grazed and friction burnt back from the twist in the strap on my back. This has caused me great discomfort and pain which is so sad as it’s lovely on but now scared to wear it again.

Lovely sports bra

I ordered this in black and pink/red in a M I’m a 8/10 on top but I went up a size as most gym bra’s  are quite tight and over hang is not a good look 😩. I’m so glad I bought, they are different to the ordinary bra’s I love the cross over back it’s a bit sexy and we all want to look and feel good at the gym 💪🏻👊🏼🥰
